The Township Supervisor administers all Planning Commission and Board of Appeals activities. We receive and process all applications and plans for new developments and applications for variances. The Township administers the Zoning Ordinance. Planning functions are administered by the Supervisor.

Plan Review Policy
The Township Planner, Engineer or Attorney are not authorized to receive, and will not review plans, documents or other items dealing with Site Plans, Site Condominiums or Subdivisions which are not forwarded by the Township or accompanied by a transmittal letter from the Township.
This policy applies to reports, clarification, calculations, detail, supporting information, technical drawing, field notes drawings, plans response to reviews or any other type or form of information.
Violation of this policy leads to confusion and misunderstanding. Violation of this policy almost always leads to a delay in plan processing.
All applicants and Consultants are requested to abide by the policy.
