Haverhill Farms Horse Lessons
In cooperation with Haverhill Farms of White Lake, Haverhill’s instructors are committed to teaching and producing quality riders and horses. They have trained and compete in numerous horse shows across America. Facility includes two outdoor and two indoor arenas, which allow for time in the saddle regardless of the weather. Resident rates apply to those residing in Springfield Township. Pre-registration is required.
English Riding Lessons
Haverhill Farms is committed to teaching and producing quality riders. The facility includes two indoor and two outdoor riding arenas, which allows for time in the saddle regardless of the weather. Lessons offered through the Parks and Recreation is for flat lessons only and range from Beginner through Advanced. Classes are on going and can be scheduled anytime during the times listed below. Please contact Haverhill Farms for lesson information at 248-887-2027. Registration through the Parks and Recreation is required. Coupons will be mailed with a welcome letter from Haverhill Farms directly.
WHEN: Monday – Friday, 5 – 8 pm
Saturday – Sunday, 9 am – 3 pm
WHERE Haverhill Farms, 2986 McKeachie Rd., White Lake
AGES: 7 & up
FEE: Residents: $225 per person for 10 lessons
Non-Residents: $235 per person for 10 lessons
Spring Break Horseback Riding Camp
This camp includes riding instructions each day for 2 hours and clinics that range from horsemanship and stable management to veterinary care. Campers will be assigned a horse to take care of the entire time at camp, as it was their own horse! We celebrate the last day of camp by participating in games both on and off the horse to demonstrate the skills learned during camp. Campers are required to wear a riding or bicycle helmet, hard-soled shoes with a slight heel and long pants. Camp fills quickly…so register early!
NOTE: Refunds will be issued only if a WRITTEN cancellation request is submitted two weeks prior to the start of camp AND the resulting vacancy can be filled.

AGES: 7 – 16 year
FEE: Residents: $250 per person; Non-Residents: $265 per person
Summer Horseback Riding Camp
This camp includes riding instructions each day for 2 hours and clinics that range from Horsemanship and stable management to veterinary care. A pizza party and horse show will conclude each camp session. Campers are required to wear a riding or bicycle helmet, hard-soled shoes with a slight heel and long pants. These camps fill up quickly…so register early! Transportation is available through Haverhill Farms for an additional fee.
